News Story Juice company chooses PerfectDisk for its defragmentation needs
Raxco Software, the
leader in disk defragmentation software, has announced that juice
company Apple & Eve LLC has implemented PerfectDisk®
to help keep workstation and server performance high and significantly

The IT staff at
Apple & Eve stores all of its backup data offsite, paying a monthly fee
for use of a remote facility. In addition to maintaining the company’s
workstations and on-site servers, the IT staff also is responsible for
consistently maintaining the offsite server. Because of this added layer
of complexity, the company sought an innovative way to minimize storage
costs.
After evaluating
several defragmentation solutions, Apple & Eve chose PerfectDisk for its
complete approach to file defragmentation, including the ability to
schedule sessions, consolidate free-space and defragment all of its
files in a single pass. After installing PerfectDisk on its network, the
company found that its offsite storage was reduced from 100 GB to 60 GB
in one use, translating to an immediate reduction in offsite storage
fees of approximately $1,000 a month.

minimize the size of the database on our email servers. PerfectDisk
allows us to maintain our offsite data storage with minimal intervention
