For registered users and customers with maintenance plans, support options include Priority E-mail Support and our Technical Support Hotline. Maintenance The Raxco Software Product Maintenance Plan is designed to ensure that our customers not only receive Priority Technical Support, but that they have access to the most current versions of our products. The plan provides Priority Technical Support, and any product upgrades or new versions that become available within the term of the plan. The Maintenance Plan is a renewable yearly contract.
